Pay-As-You-Go Veg Box

Our Pay-As-You-Go Veg Box is the flexible way to enjoy fresh, seasonal produce from our no-dig farm in Wexford. Perfect for those who want the benefits of locally grown organic food without committing to a full season in advance.

Each week you’ll receive a box packed with a minimum of eight seasonal items, including vegetables, salads, herbs and occasional fruits, all harvested fresh and grown using organic, no-dig methods. Every box reflects what is thriving on the farm that week, ensuring you receive produce at its peak flavour and freshness.

Regular favourites include our renowned Wexford potatoes, mixed salad leaves, Little Gem lettuces, spring onions, fresh herbs, radishes, carrots and turnips. As the season progresses, you’ll also enjoy crops such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, chard, peas, cucumbers, courgettes, squash and a colourful selection from our 17 varieties of tomatoes.

How It Works

When you sign up, your subscription renews automatically each week, securing your place in the next harvest. Payment is collected one week before delivery, allowing us to plan our harvests and minimise waste.

If you need to skip a week, simply let us know at least two working days before your payment date and we’ll pause your subscription for that week.

Delivery & Collection

Boxes are available for collection every Wednesday from your chosen collection point. Home delivery may also be available; if this is your preference, please get in touch and we will discuss the options available in your area.

If there’s a vegetable you really don’t enjoy, let us know in your order notes. We’ll do our best to replace it with another crop or provide a larger portion of another item from that week’s harvest.

Please note that priority is given to our pre-paid seasonal members during periods of limited supply. In the event of exceptionally high demand or reduced harvest volumes, Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions may be temporarily paused until stocks recover.
